Summary

A single-location veterinary clinic offering animal health services and medications. The goal was to attract more clients for veterinary care services through advertising and to revive the Instagram account through content.

What did we do?

Based on the target audience analysis, content was created that would be of interest to subscribers and future customers.

Special emphasis was placed on posts dedicated to the vaccination season.

Summary

An agency just starting out and building its team needed to create its website, branding, and social media presence.

What did we go?

Based on the target audience analysis, valuable content was created to present the company as new but experienced in the field.
Special emphasis was placed on outreach to acquire customers.

Summary

Dedicated to supporting and defending children's rights, the goal was to reconnect and engage with their followers to increase donations and engagement after a period of inactivity on social media.

What did we do?

Revitalizing brand identity: Updating colors, typography, and tone of communication to make it more relatable and professional.

Project-related content generation: Recording and publishing more content showcasing project results, allowing followers to see the impact of their donations.

Reactivating communication: Responding to and engaging with old private messages and comments to reconnect with the audience.

Free resources: Offering free resources to people who comment on posts to encourage engagement.

Results

Content Performance:
Posts experienced a +700% increase in activity during the reporting period.
Reels achieved a +1,768% increase in engagement and reached a total of 14,692 profiles.
Stories reached 1,660 profiles, showing a consistent impact.

Audience Engagement:
Posts attracted 484 new profiles, while Reels attracted 468.
Stories had a smaller but significant impact, attracting 64 new profiles.

Overall Reach:
Reels achieved the highest reach with 14,692 views, followed by posts with 13,640 and stories with 1,660.
Reels also showed a considerable number of shares (464) and a high percentage of views from non-followers, indicating extended visibility beyond the current audience.

PVC Openings Company

Summary

After months without posting, this company noticed a progressive decline in inquiries, website traffic, and, of course, sales. Returning to social media would reconnect them with potential sales.

What did we do?

Stories: Generated 1,660 views and attracted 64 new profiles.

Follower Growth: There was a net increase of 152 new followers, with 62 new followers and 24 unsubscribers during the reporting period.
